Havering Council is committed to protecting and strengthening Romford Town Centre and the surrounding area, to make sure it continues to be a place that people live, visit and enjoy.

The Council and the design team will now review all the feedback received on the refreshed Masterplan between Monday 08 April and Friday 03 May. They  will then update the full Masterplan before a period of statutory consultation in summer 2024 with the intention to adopt the Masterplan as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), in winter 2024.
